This particular evening, there were two 75 lap races. Jason qualified to start in 4th position in the first race and did great! It was hot as blazes that day. He wasn't happy about finishing 6th, but it was a close one. If he'd had a few more laps, he would have passed two cars in front of him and finished 4th. It was exciting! Unfortunately, during the second race, something "blew up" and he didn't complete it. But this weekend he'll have another chance to show them! I have family coming to town, so I won't be able to go with him. With my luck, he'll win while I'm not there!!
The first picture is of Jason and some guys helping him push the car to the starting line.
This is at the starting line. Jason is in 4th position, which is the second row, outside lane (right behind the red car). He's standing there with Greg and his Dad.
